We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Research Nurse to join our clinical team at The Aldbury in Poole, Dorset. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the shift and allocating duties to other nurses and the care team.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the shift and allocate duties to other nurses and the care team
- Role model and promote best practice in wound management, nutrition, tissue viability, end-of-life care, and other essential clinical interventions
- Work collaboratively with fellow Nurses and Senior Care Leads, as well as the local multi-disciplinary teams
- Provide 24/7 on-call support and build lasting relationships with our residents
- Contribute to the development of our clinical skills and training programs
