About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Bupa. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day responsibility for running a unit, ensuring the smooth operation of our care home.
  • Responsible for all clinical duties, including issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Leading and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsibility for shift handovers and training new staff members.
  • Building relationships with residents, their families, and external teams, such as GPs and District Nurses.
  • Assisting residents with personal care duties and promoting their independence.
