Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Senior Receptionist to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a Senior Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the Front of House operations, ensuring a seamless patient experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate Front of House activities, including uniform checks, ordering, and inventory management.
  • Train and shadow new receptionists to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to provide feedback on patient experience and implement improvements.
  • Deputize for the Front of House Supervisor as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as logging requests, monitoring the Teletracking portal, and ordering courier services.
  • Work closely with the Primary Care team to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous reception experience, ideally within a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and accurately with changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to deliver a confidential and high-quality customer-focused service.
  • Good general level of education and computer literacy.
