As a Senior Receptionist at London Bridge Hospital, you will be responsible for managing the Front of House team, providing a high-quality patient experience, and delivering excellent customer care to internal and external clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training and shadowing new receptionists
  • Uniform checks and ordering
  • Coordinating requests and tasks within the Front of House team
  • Printing security passes and managing access control
  • Conducting health and safety audits and ensuring compliance
  • Logging requests and monitoring the Teletracking portal
  • Ordering courier services and managing transportation needs
  • Coordinating patient transfers and shuttle services
  • Managing stationery and newspaper orders
  • Providing feedback and support to the Front of House team
  • Covering breaks and deputizing for the Front of House Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Good general level of education
  • Computer literacy
  • Previous reception experience, ideally in healthcare
  • Previous people management experience desirable
  • Ability to work flexibly and accurately, with changing priorities, and deliver a confidential and high-quality customer-focused service
  • Friendly and approachable attitude
