We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Senior Receptionist to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Front of House team, including training and shadowing new staff members
  • Coordinate requests and tasks within the remit of Front of House
  • Organize and maintain uniform checks and ordering
  • Print security passes and manage other administrative tasks
  • Conduct Health and Safety audits and ensure compliance with hospital policies
  • Monitor the Teletracking portal and ensure all duties are carried out
  • Coordinate patient transfers and manage courier services
  • Order stationery and other supplies
  • Work closely with supervisors to provide feedback on patient experience
  • Deputize for the Front of House Supervisor as needed

Requirements:

  • Good general level of education
  • Computer literate
  • Previous reception experience, ideally within healthcare
  • Previous people management experience desirable
  • Proven ability to work flexibly and accurately with changing priorities
  • A friendly and approachable attitude
