At Rutledge Group, we are seeking a strategic Training Manager Lead to spearhead our commitment to excellence in the delivery of training services. As a key member of our team, you will provide visionary leadership and direction to drive performance and achieve business objectives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in management roles, preferably within the training industry, and have a deep understanding of NI Government-funded training programmes development and delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients and employers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Provide vision and direction to the team, driving performance and achieving business objectives.
  2. Training Programme Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to meet client needs and industry standards.
  3. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employers, understanding their unique training requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and revenue streams.
  5. Performance Metrics: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing strategies to optimize team and individual performance.
