We are seeking a highly motivated Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Agility PR Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to play a key role in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.

As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts within the company's book of business. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, overseeing the entire client experience and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Develop and maintain trusting relationships with clients, understanding their business priorities, challenges, and initiatives.
  • Develop and Execute Account Plans: Create and implement account plans to achieve revenue growth targets and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Identify Upsell and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
  • Ensure High On-Time Renewal Rates: Achieve high on-time renewal rates within the existing account base.
  • Analyze Account Performance Metrics: Analyze account performance metrics and provide recommendations for improving account health.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively. You will also collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of approximately $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
