Director of Quality and Process Improvement

We are seeking a skilled Quality and Technical Director to join our team at Computerworld Personnel Ltd. Based in Ross on Wye, Herefordshire, this role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have experience in ensuring the implementation and measurement of management systems, policies, and procedures through audits. This includes conducting internal audits & hygiene inspections, supporting customer complaints responses, and driving a continuous improvement culture.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for carrying out site inspections and audits for environmental compliance, formal Environmental training, ISO 14001 training, and experience with waste management plans and ideally carbon and energy reporting.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the Quality and Technical Director will design remediation plans to address manufacturing and process quality issues. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to make a real impact on our organization's quality and technical operations.
