**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced senior nurse to join our team as Deputy Director for Clinical Excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing quality improvement initiatives across our trust, ensuring that we provide exceptional patient care and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have significant clinical and operational experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and improving patient safety. They will also have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve our goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • To lead and manage quality improvement initiatives across the trust
  • To develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient safety and outcomes
  • To work closely with colleagues to identify and address areas for improvement
  • To provide guidance and support to staff on quality and patient safety issues

**Requirements**

  • NMC Registration (RN)
  • Significant clinical and operational experience
  • Educated to Master's Degree in a related subject or equivalent qualification

**Estimated Salary**: £90,000 per annum
