Patient Safety Advocate Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Safety Advocate to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW). The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the governance, patient safety, and complaints processes within the Division of Surgery.

Main Duties:
  • Provide support across the Division on all aspects of patient safety, incidents, complaints, and governance issues.
  • Work closely with clinical governance teams to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a clinical environment and be able to communicate effectively and sensitively at all levels.

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
