An award-winning architectural consultancy is seeking a seasoned Senior Principal Designer to spearhead their Health and Safety team in the UK.

You will be involved in various projects within commercial, educational, and defence sectors. To succeed, you must have extensive experience as a Principal Designer with knowledge of CDM regulations 2015.

  • Undertake full Principal Designer duties under the CDM 2015 regulations, including Design Team Meetings and Design Risk Management compliance.
  • Demonstrate expertise in design and construction drawings, with experience in undertaking Design Risk Reviews.

You will need to manage your workload effectively while providing high-quality project deliverables. The company offers an attractive compensation package ranging from £65,000 to £75,000 per annum, along with additional benefits such as pension, life assurance, healthcare, and more.
