We are looking for a seasoned Quality Manager to join our team in Bristol Turbines. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing the manufacturing quality improvement plan, ensuring that all processes and problem resolution approaches are effective and compliant.

About the Job

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our manufacturing quality resources, governance tools, and procedures are fit for purpose and support achievement of Quality targets.

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system that ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Lead a team of quality professionals to identify and resolve quality issues, improving process efficiency and reducing waste.
  3. Collaborate with production leaders to design and implement lean manufacturing practices, eliminating non-value-added activities.

  • Leading and developing the manufacturing quality improvement plan.
  • Ensuring effective governance and embedding of tools and techniques.
  • Installing an effective visual plant-based governance structure.
