Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner Identification and Engagement: Actively seek out and engage potential partners who can benefit from our solutions, creating added value and generating recurring business.
  2. Leadership and Strategic Direction: Provide leadership to the business development team, setting clear goals for identifying and securing new partnerships. Develop and implement strategies that align with product capabilities and market goals.
  3. Sector Expertise: Possess a strong existing knowledge of the Smart Buildings, IoT, and PropTech market, maintaining this knowledge at a high level to pinpoint opportunities and potential partners effectively.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Set clear targets for new partnership development and recurring business success. Implement KPIs to gauge team progress, offering guidance and feedback to enhance performance.
  5. Industry Engagement: Build and maintain robust relationships with key players in the Smart Buildings and PropTech market. Represent the organization at relevant industry events and conferences to network with potential partners and influencers.

Qualifications:
