Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to join our team at Veolia, focusing on industrial energy solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing successful solutions that meet customer needs, deliver value, and provide a positive impact on the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business leads and opportunities in the industrial energy sector
- Develop and implement successful sales strategies to meet customer needs and deliver value
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver winning solutions
- Manage sales interactions with existing and new customers to retain, expand, and secure new business
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and targets
Requirements:
- Experience in onsite energy solutions and sustainable energy
- Prior business development experience and knowledge of finance models, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to develop a broad understanding of Veolia's offerings and make informed decisions
