Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Magnum Talent Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to build rapport with potential customers, ask great questions, and book appointments for our clients through warm leads generated from their digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building rapport with potential customers and asking great questions to book appointments for our clients.
- Generating warm leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Working closely with our clients to understand their business needs and goals.
Requirements:
- No previous sales experience required, but a strong ability to build rapport and ask great questions is essential.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
- A flexible working schedule with Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm and Friday 9am - 3pm.
