We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland. As a Support Practitioner, you will be providing essential care and support to individuals in their shared accommodation, promoting their independence and overall wellbeing.



About the Role


  • Assist individuals to engage with their communities through planned outings and leisure activities.
  • Administer and monitor medication as required.
  • Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and arranging visits with healthcare professionals.
  • Offer practical support to maintain tenancies, including daily household tasks and encouraging individuals to participate in activities.
