Job Overview

Newmedica is a leading provider of NHS ophthalmology services in England, offering outpatient appointments, diagnostic testing, and eye surgery. We strive to improve lives through better sight and eye health, caring for thousands of NHS and private patients annually across the country.

As a key member of our team, the Complaints and Patient Experience Lead will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience across our services. This includes managing stage 2 and stage 3 complaints, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to achieve resolution, and conducting analysis of themes to inform our quality improvement initiatives.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in patient experience and complaint management, ideally in a healthcare setting. They will possess a robust understanding of clinical and corporate governance, as well as experience in analyzing data and producing well-written reports. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, with the ability to present data to senior managers and external organizations.
