Student Wellbeing Support Coordinator

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive graduate to support the well-being and development of secondary school students in Hammersmith & Fulham. As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in promoting positive behaviour, emotional resilience, and a safe learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with their academic and personal development.
- Work closely with teachers and other staff members to promote positive relationships and behaviours.
- Provide guidance and support to students to help them manage their emotions and develop emotional resilience.
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for working with young people and supporting their well-being.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
