About the Role

Xact Placements Limited is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting growth both internally and externally with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceed monthly sales targets by actively promoting ICT, Content Services, and MPS Solutions.
  • Build strong customer relationships to improve portfolio growth and customer value.
  • Own the sales process from initial contact to close.
  • Show initiative to sell ICT, Content Services, and MPS Solutions.
  • Identify key decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) and hit KPIs.
  • Respond to customer service desk tickets and presales requests.
  • Collaborate with technical and support teams for accurate order processing.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent time management and pipeline organisation.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to cross-sell and offer creative solutions to customers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Achieve new customer acquisition and grow your sales pipeline.
  • Accurately forecast and use CRM systems effectively.
  • Strong time management.
