Xact Placements Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Exceed monthly sales targets by actively promoting ICT, Content Services, and MPS Solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve portfolio growth and customer value
- Own the sales process from initial contact to close, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach
- Identify key decision-makers in target accounts and maintain CRM (Salesforce) records
- Respond to customer service desk tickets and presales requests, collaborating with technical and support teams for accurate order processing
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to accurately forecast and manage sales pipelines
- Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets
- Excellent time management and pipeline organisation skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to cross-sell and offer creative solutions to customers
- Strong time management and organisational skills
