Are you a driven sales professional looking to join a dynamic team? We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Solutions Engineering Recruitment team based in the Blackburn area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and delivering exceptional results.
About the Role- We offer a basic starting salary between £24,000 and £32,000, plus commission, with reviews after a successful probation period.
- You will have the opportunity to work from home up to 4 days a week, with flexible hours available for those ahead of target.
- Our standard working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm Fridays, with extended hours possible for top performers.
In this role, you will be expected to leverage your sales expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will work closely with our existing clients and build relationships with new ones to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Sales activities: telephone, emails, LinkedIn, trade shows, face-to-face appointments
- Account development: identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Candidate resourcing: finding and attracting top talent
- Candidate interviews: conducting phone and video interviews
- Taking job orders and specifications: gathering information on client requirements
- Submitting CVs: presenting candidate profiles to clients
- Arranging interviews and gathering feedback: coordinating the interview process
- Taking references: verifying candidate credentials
- Brokering offers of employment: negotiating employment terms
We are looking for someone who is proactive, able to think critically, and has excellent communication skills. Previous experience in sales and business development is essential, and hitting KPIs will be a key aspect of this role.
