As a Graduate Business Development Representative with our company, you will have the opportunity to kick-start your sales career in a dynamic and rapidly growing SAAS industry. With a strong focus on training and development, we are looking for motivated individuals who can quickly adapt to our consultative sales approach.

With a basic salary of £25,000 and uncapped OTE potential reaching up to £50,000 in year one, this is an excellent opportunity to earn a competitive income while building a successful sales career. Our team is based in Manchester City Centre, offering stunning office spaces and excellent transport links.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet monthly KPIs input & output metrics.
  • Manage the pipeline daily to promote a dynamic sale journey.
  • Collaborate with peers and dedicated BSCs to ensure high team performance.
  • Lead from the front to promote high-quality performance and demo bookings via your dedicated BDM.
  • Work autonomously to structure your day for optimal performance.

We're seeking pro-active and self-motivated salespeople with a minimum of 6-12 months sales experience. If you possess an outgoing personality, strong organisational skills, and a tenacious nature, we would like to hear from you.
