About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NPI Project Coordinator to join our team at Corriculo Recruitment. As an NPI Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch of new products across various departments, including design, manufacturing, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product launch plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure product quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on product launch timelines.
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Engineering, Electromechanical Assembly, or a related field.
  • Commercial experience in new product introduction or process engineering, with a focus on complex high-technology products.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.
  • Project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally.
