About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support the implementation of our new Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) project as an Administrative Support for the Digital CPD Learning Manager.

This fixed-term role provides administrative support while we develop and implement our new VLE, which forms part of the Digital House of Architecture project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and organization of learning activities
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders
  • Plan marketing communications and ensure seamless delivery of activities
  • Support the development and implementation of the VLE project
Requirements
  • Experience with learning management systems and digital learning
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent project coordination skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Experience in video editing and using SCORM
  • Familiarity with content migration processes
