Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to OEMs and business partners
  • Support the transition from diesel to electric mobility
  • Work on live projects, focusing on fault-finding and issue resolution
  • Manage quality campaigns and track aftermarket cases
  • Collaborate on product quality reports and technical issue resolution
  • Support the Business Development Team in advising on technical competence and training
  • Participate in shows, exhibitions, and industry events
  • Offer technical backup to dealers and address warranty claims
