Judge Ltd is a dynamic company that values excellence and balance. We are seeking a highly skilled Contract and Process Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations function, you will be responsible for ensuring we maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

Your primary focus will be on contractual matters, working closely with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency across the business. You will also manage relationships with external advisory firms, providing expert guidance on complex legal issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Compliance: Represent the business in all matters related to GDPR, DPA, and FTC guidelines, providing expert advice on terms, conditions, and policies.
  • Process Improvement: Use your combined experience in operations and law to identify opportunities for process improvement, aligning with business objectives.
  • Project Management: Support the CFO in coordinating projects within the Finance and Operations team, driving initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Vendor Management: Review, renew, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Law or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of commercial law and data protection law.
  • Experience with process improvements and project management.
  • Prior experience in legal operations or a similar field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
