Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve store performance, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Manage and coach colleagues to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to colleagues to help them improve their performance.
  • Ensure the store is maintained to a high standard, including maintaining stock levels, managing cash handling, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
