Strategic Growth Manager

As a key member of the Wallace Hind Selection LTD team, you will play a crucial role in driving the forward movement of our organization. You will work closely with both the outgoing owner of the UK business and the CEO to ensure the company retains its core values while creating a strategic approach to sustainable growth and increasing enterprise value.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a growth strategy for the UK business, focusing on new technological products and services such as AI, hybrid solutions, hardware, and software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Oversee the public bid tender process and ensure the UK department has the necessary talent and procedures to develop, win, and serve tenders.
- Monitor the company's financial position and risks, ensuring asset management is arranged in a reassuring manner.
- Lead the team in successfully winning tenders and supplying into the UK law enforcement, police, CPS, MOD, immigration, and Customs & Excise.
- Develop and implement a talent acquisition and retention strategy to ensure the company has the right people with the right skills to drive growth.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of successfully winning tenders and supplying into the UK law enforcement, police, CPS, MOD, immigration, and Customs & Excise.
- Experience from the IT industry within hardware or both software, SAAS, PAAS, or similar, preferably with experience from ARR Business Models.
- A minimum bachelor's degree, preferably an MBA.
Location: Luton, with commutable locations throughout the UK and occasionally Europe.
