We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Children's Community Support Worker to join our team at Sense. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with Autism and Learning difficulties to access the community and participate in sensory activities.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 10 hours per week in Solihull. You will be required to provide 1-1 support to a child, taking them on outings and engaging in activities they enjoy, such as visiting parks and going swimming.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals/groups within the centre and community.
  • Provide a customized, responsive, and high-quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments, physical, and/or learning disabilities.
  • Deliver services that meet or exceed organizational expectations and standards.
Requirements
  • A full UK license and the ability to drive your own vehicle is essential.
  • Experience of working with an individual who has Autism is desirable.
