In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating job offers. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients and candidates, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and maintaining accurate records in the recruitment management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Source and interview candidates for a variety of roles across different industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from shortlisting candidates to arranging interviews and negotiating job offers.
  • Maintain accurate records in the recruitment management system.
