About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team in Scunthorpe. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts and developing strategies to meet the needs of our clients and candidates.


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Supporting recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates to drive engagement and conversion
  • Maintaining accurate records to inform business decisions and improve processes
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and coordination
  • Identifying and addressing recruitment challenges to optimize outcomes
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

 


Salary and Benefits


The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £26,000 - £27,500 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits to support your career development and well-being.
