Business Development Director

Drive sales growth and revenue for The Recruitment Contact Ltd as a Business Development Executive.
This role involves building relationships with clients, increasing sales, and maintaining a strong presence in the wholesale car sales market.
You will be responsible for heading your own desk, expanding the customer database, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on our services and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and stock management, to ensure seamless client experiences and resolve any issues promptly.
About You:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience in a sales or account management role.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
