Your New RoleYou will be responsible for driving new business generation to support the delivery of Development Funding monthly budgets and future growth plans as Head of Origination.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Generating new business enquiries aligned with company strategy and risk appetite.
- Undertaking first-line assessment and structuring of new transactions in collaboration with Underwriters and the Head of Development Funding.
- Providing proactive input on the strategic direction and planning of the department, encompassing product offerings, process improvement, funding line opportunities, and budgeting.
As a member of our team, you can expect:
