We are seeking a talented Hub Development Specialist to join our team in Kettering. As a Hub Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to support the growth and development of our Family Hubs.

Main Objectives:

  • To co-produce initiatives with the community to influence how services are engaged.
  • To work collaboratively with families and their communities to develop sustained links between them and our Family Hubs.
  • To be a key member of the Family Hub approach; working directly with families, professionals, and partners to empower them and build thriving communities.
  • To communicate effectively with key stakeholders on the Transformation Programme, ensuring they are informed of progress and potential issues.

Requirements:

  • Full Enhanced DBS
  • Experience in working with children and families
  • Full UK Driving Licence

The estimated salary for this role is £18,990 per annum.
