About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Service Support Specialist to join our team at West Northamptonshire Council. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Family Hub service, ensuring smooth operation and vital support to families, children, and young people.

Key responsibilities include monitoring inboxes, processing data and referrals, producing letters and reports, maintaining accurate records, and preserving confidentiality.

You will be the welcoming face of the Family Hub, meeting and greeting families and partners, introducing them to the Family Hub programme and its activities.

The successful candidate will also support the team in developing and planning engaging activities, ensuring resources are accessible to families.

**Salary:** £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
