Account Director Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading insurance company that is experiencing significant growth. With a strong focus on broker distribution, we are looking for a skilled Account Director to develop and maintain key relationships with major brokers.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement account plans to ensure we are the preferred insurer for all products and services.
  • Build clear new business and portfolio phased production targets.
  • Lead day-to-day key relationships at both central and local levels.
  • Ensure strategic development plans and commitments are well understood and executed at all levels within the broker organisation.
  • Manage and oversee activity across business development, new business underwriting, and renewals.
