Key Responsibilities:

- Implement tailored learning plans and strategies under the guidance of the class teacher.
- Support children in developing communication and social skills.
- Monitor and record pupils' progress, providing feedback to the class teacher and SENCO.
- Assist with daily routines and ensure children's needs are met in a caring and supportive manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or relevant equivalent.
- Previous experience supporting children with ASD and speech and language needs.
- Knowledge of communication strategies and alternative communication systems.
- A patient, empathetic, and supportive approach to working with young children.
