Nurse Enteral Feeding Coordinator

CHASE is seeking an experienced NMC registered nurse to work as a Clinical Support Specialist, providing enteral feeding support to patients and collaborating with carers in their local area.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients receiving enteral feeding, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide education and training on enteral feeding pumps and equipment to patients, carers, and healthcare professionals, promoting best practices and adherence to guidelines.
- Foster strong relationships with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified NMC registered nurse with experience in enteral feeding and nutrition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
