Job OverviewThis role is an excellent chance for career advancement, offering a comprehensive training program in various store formats. You'll work across a cluster of stores in Greater Liverpool/Liverpool area, gaining hands-on experience before being placed into your own department or store.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a designee, you'll be responsible for learning about our business operations, managing store teams, and overseeing warehouse activities. This role requires flexibility and travel during your time as a designee.
Due to the nature of this position, you'll need to be flexible and willing to travel. Once you've completed your training, you'll be placed within a store that matches your experience within 50 miles of where you live.
