Job Description

As a Helpdesk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to end-users, taking ownership of IT tickets to find resolutions for customers. The company invests heavily in employee training and development, offering a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including 29 days annual leave, company pension, and ongoing on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strong experience with Active Directory, MS Windows 10, 11, and Office 365.
  2. Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with end-users and resolve IT issues.
  3. Experience with Windows Group Policy to create and apply user groups and permissions would be highly advantageous.
  4. Ownership and responsibility of IT tickets, including all communications and resolution.
  5. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer software, hardware, networks, mobile devices, and printers.
