Property Maintenance Operations Manager

Job Title: Property Maintenance Operations ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team in Redbridge, London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our property maintenance team, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard and within budget.
Job Description:- Operate as part of a local team supporting the supervision activities and requirements of our Housing operations, ensuring all supervisory procedures are being undertaken efficiently in compliance with Company operating procedures.
- Deliver best-in-class customer service while satisfying all safety, quality, and cost control standards relating to budget, profitability, and resource deployment.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to H&S regulations, Mear's standard operating procedures, Mears values, and quality assurance accreditations.
- Monitor work delivery, progression & completion via ongoing site visits to ensure works are adequately resourced, are being effectively delivered to set quality standards, completed on time and within budgets.
- Manage designated budgets and resources in accordance with the priorities of the business and in line with financial and procurement protocols.
- Contribute to the commercial growth of the business by identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support client relationships and provide technical advice to ensure a true partnership working approach.

- UK full driving license
- Competitive salary £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience
