Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Property Administration Manager to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates.

Key Tasks

  • Manage and coordinate maintenance enquiries sent by tenants through our reporting software.
  • Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors, coordinating works, invoicing, and follow-up with all parties.
  • Produce tenancy extensions and manage renewals, negotiating with all parties.
  • Perform daily liaison with tenants, landlords, and contractors, dealing with enquiries and updates.
  • Update property management database records.
  • Ensure tenant, contractor, and landlord compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
  • Arrange gas safety certificates, electrical certificates, and EPCs.
  • Organize inventory check-in and out reports, midterm inspections with suppliers and tenants.
  • Update window displays.
  • Maintain and order stationery supplies.
  • Log invoices and pay suppliers and tradesmen.
  • Keep the reception area and front office tidy.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year property management experience.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work without supervision.
  • Excellent computer skills and experience using property software (10Ninety).
  • Highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Team player, happy to assist with all aspects of the business.
  • Clear and accurate verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilient, able to remain calm under pressure.
