  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with a commercial focus, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Communication and Reporting: Create PowerPoint presentations to concisely communicate insights to various stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Support and Coverage: Provide cover for direct line managers when necessary, offering ongoing support to provide structure around sales planning and internal communications.
  • KPI Tracking and Maintenance: Implement KPI measures to track business plans and distribution expectations versus actuals, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Sales Timetable and Forecast Partner Management: Maintain the sales timetable across the region, aiding deadline management, and maintain the forecast partner/customer list, including approvals.
  • System User Management: Review system user licenses, ensuring sales team users are set up as appropriate.
  • Process Improvement and Efficiency: Set up and document a process to conduct checks for shipments against inactive customers, communicating as necessary with commercial teams, and undertake initiatives and projects that reduce duplication, drive efficiency, and increase forecast accuracy.
  • Customer Focus and Sales Tool Development: Determine ways to focus on key customers and support the development of sales tools and data views.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to identify inconsistencies.
  • Process Improvement Experience: Proven experience providing process improvement and insights to sales teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills, capable of creatively designing and delivering effective GAP analysis.
  • Prioritization and Time Management: Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
