About the Role:
The Liberty Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role will involve providing administrative support to the business and stakeholders, covering maternity leave.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sending out letters to employees, processing starters and leavers, and advising and supporting managers on low-level ER matters.
Applicants should have a CIPD Level 3 qualification as a minimum and 'hands-on' HR experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to the business and stakeholders

* Processing starters and leavers
* Advising and supporting managers on low-level ER matters and taking minutes in ER meetings
