**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Nursery Nurse to join our team at a private day nursery in Alcester, West Midlands. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children aged 3 months to 5 years and be passionate about providing a safe and nurturing environment for them to learn and grow.

The successful candidate will work full-time, permanently, across all rooms of the nursery, supporting children's development and well-being. A Level 2 qualification in Early Years/Childcare is required, and a Level 3 qualification is desirable. Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum is also essential.

Salary: Estimated £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Support children's learning and development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum
  • Work closely with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive nursery environment
  • Report directly to the Nursery Manager and contribute to the overall success of the nursery
