**Residential Childcare Professional Wanted

**About the Role:

As a Residential Childcare Professional, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of our residents. This will involve:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to young people.
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.

**Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in residential childcare.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and best practice.
  • A full driving license issued in the UK.
