As a residential support worker at Field View Care Recruitment Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the physical, intellectual, emotional, psychological, and social needs of our children are met to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement comprehensive care plans to meet the individual needs of our children.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address complex child care issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance professional skills.
  • Work on a shift pattern including days, evenings, waking nights, weekends, bank holidays, sleeping-in duties, and lone working (subject to risk assessment).

Salary Information:

  • The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,300 - £26,800 plus an additional £7,200 for sleep-in shifts.
Requirements

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • NVQ Level 4 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum level 3 qualification in childcare or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a childcare setting.
