Residential Childcare Professional

Vetro Recruitment is currently looking for a skilled Residential Childcare Professional to work with children aged 10-18 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours in the health and social care sector.
The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in supporting vulnerable young people and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Requirements- To build trust and develop nurturing relationships which promote the service user's independence, well-being, strengths, and capabilities.
- To demonstrate a good understanding of safeguarding and protection of vulnerable children & young people.
- To hold the Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or be willing to successfully achieve this within the required timeframe.
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
