Sales Engineering Manager

Vimeo Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineering Manager to lead our Sales Engineering team for EMEA and APAC based in London. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical knowledge, sales acumen, and leadership skills to drive revenue growth and ensure successful customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and develop Sales Engineers, ensuring they have the resources and skills needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions.
- Assist in designing and developing technical solutions tailored to the client's needs.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical pre-sales, or solution architecture.
- 3+ years of experience managing or leading teams.
- Experience using a formal Sales Process.
- Proven track record of success in managing a sales engineering team in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
