About the RoleThis position involves achieving business objectives by establishing and meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and executing sales strategies to drive growth. A strong background in surface finishing technologies, such as blasting or ultrasonic cleaning, is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve business objectives by establishing and meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Prepare and execute sales strategies to drive growth.
- Sales Operations Coordination: Work closely with the Sales Manager to coordinate sales operations, collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth and effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate sales forecasts. Produce detailed weekly and monthly performance reports to track progress against objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Attend weekly Skype meetings with the sales team to discuss performance, strategize on opportunities, and stay aligned on company goals.
- A proven track record in sales, with the ability to develop new business and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Strong knowledge of surface finishing technologies, such as blasting or ultrasonic cleaning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
